高校图书馆应加强本科生毕业论文数据库的建设——以《深圳大学本科优秀毕业论文全文数据库》为例

学位论文文献资源是高校图书馆重要的特色收藏,其数字化工作几乎都以硕士、博士学位论文为重点。而本科生毕业论文数量更大,也不乏优秀之作,对其有效开发和利用具有重要意义,数字化工作也应提上日程。深圳大学图书馆自行开发建设的《深圳大学本科优秀毕业论文全文数据库》,论文数据录入严谨、规范、完整,真实记录本科教学水平和学术成果,成为图书馆数字化建设成果的亮点之一。

Electronic Theses and Dissertations （ ETD ）database usually focuses on masters and doctors＇ dissertations. However, a large number of bachelors＇ theses with high quality should be involved in the electronic and digital procedure. The article introduces strategy and practice of building an ETD database in The Library of Shenzhen University. This database abides by the principle of stringently, normally, completely inputting the data of papers,and truly recording teaching and academic achievements of undergraduates. Bachelors＇ Electronic Theses and Dissertations Database has become one of the bright spots in digitalization construction of the library.
