NSTL是虚拟网络文献服务机构,主要功能是对外提供信息查询及原文传输服务。NSTL在各省建立的镜像站能够满足和丰富当地科技文献资源需求,减少重复投入,实现资源共享,发展自助服务模式。NSTL哈尔滨镜像站于2005年11月建成并正式对外提供相关文献检索服务,取得了良好的成效。为了更好地发展,NSTL哈尔滨镜像站应提升服务质量,依托NSTL数据库资源平台建立黑龙江省科技文献共享平台。

NSTL is the virtual network document service institute, providing information retrieval and original transmit service. NSTL mirror image websites satisfies the demand of the province for scientific document resources, reduces duplication of investment, achieves resources sharing, develops self-service mode. In November 2005, NSTL Harbin mirror image website was completed, and formally provided relevant document retrieval services, and it obtained great achievement. For further development, it should enhance service quality, and rely on NSTL database platform to establish scientific document sharing platform in Heilongjiang Province.
