国外商业性电子资源管理系统探析

随着电子资源数量的递增与图书馆员工作的需要,各种来源的电子资源管理系统(ERMS)应运而生,商业性电子资源管理系统成为其中的主要产品。目前市场上较有代表性的产品有Innovative Interfaces ERMS、Serials Solutions ERMS、ExLibris公司的Verde、CARL研制的Gold Rush。从发布时间、兼容性、特色功能、安装与价格模式及用户培训方面分析比较国外这4种典型商业性ERMS产品并初步探析国外商业性ERMS的需求和实现,指出图书馆应针对自身特点和商业性ERMS的特性选择系统。

With the increased numbers of electronic resources and the work requirement of librarians, a variety of Electronic Resource Management Systems （ERMS） have come out. Commercial ERMS nowadays has become the main product for electronic resource management. In this paper, four typical foreign commercial ERMS are surveyed on the released time, compatibility, distinctive functions, installation and price patterns, and training for customer. And the requirements and realization of these foreign commercial ERMS are analyzed. At last, several attentions on how to select a good ERMS which not only has excellent functions but also suits your librarv best are Pointed out.
