摘要
保健食品是指具有特殊保健功能的食品,即适用于特定人群食用,具有调节人体机体功能,却不以治疗为目的的食品。其具有营养性、嗜好性和功能性(即满足人体某种潜在的“人体健康需要”),是一项涉及到多部门、多学科和多行业的新兴产业,也是我国具有很大发展潜力而又亟待加速发展的食品。
In order to produce high quality health food products, manufacturers are advised to collect the essential components and develop different kinds of products using scientific measurements. The author gives guidelines and highlights the importance of applying a scientific system for health food production and quality control.
