以大米为原料采用生物酶法生产直链型麦芽低聚糖,确定了合理的生产工艺,找到了最佳的工艺参数。
Maltooligosaccharides had special properties and application. The process of linear maltooligosaccharides by enzymatical hydrolysis and rational production technology with the ideal parameters were outlined. This had a significant meaning for the production of maltooligosaccharides from a series of other material containing starch.
