摘要
针对可编程序控制器本身的不足,给出了可编程控制器组成的控制系统故障分布情况,通过实例分析了导致PLC在执行程序过程中进入死循环的原因,提出了解决I/O模块故障的办法。
To the defect of the PLC perse,failure distributing circs of PLC control system is given in the paper.The causations of the PLC going to bad cycle is analyzed in the programm running from actual examples and brings forward ways of solving I/O module failure problems.
