超顺磁性氧化铁胶体溶液的质量研究

Quality study of SPIO colloid solution

目的:研究自制的超顺磁性氧化铁胶体溶液作为磁共振对比剂的可能性。方法:采用电镜、X-射线粉末衍射技术、激光散射等方法对自制的SPIO胶体溶液进行各种理化参数测定。结果:自制的超顺磁性氧化铁胶体溶液颗粒粒径小,稳定性好,磁响应能力性强,具超顺磁性。结论:自制的超顺磁性氧化铁胶体溶液可以作为磁共振对比剂。

OBJECTIVE To study the possibility of homemade SPIO colloid solution use as MRI contrast. METHODS Parameters of homemade SPIO colloid solution were determined using TEM, XRD and LLS. RESULTS The homemade SPIO colloid solution exhibited nanometer particle diameter,excellent stability,magnetic respond and superparamagnetic. CONCLUSION The homemade SPIO colloid solution can be used as MRI contrast.
