应重视对2型糖尿病患者肾脏损害临床与病理相关性的研究 被引量：6

摘要 2007年美国肾脏病基金会（NKF）制定了糖尿病及慢性肾脏病临床实践指南，这是第一个针对糖尿病并发慢性肾脏病的指南，并提出了糖尿病肾脏疾病（Diabetic Kidney Disease, DKD）的概念。与1型糖尿病导致的DKD相比，无论是发病机制、临床和病理表现，还是诊断、治疗、并发症与预后，2型糖尿病患者DKD的表现更为复杂和多样。但是对2型糖尿病肾病的研究远不如对1型糖尿病肾病的研究那么深入，尤其是2型糖尿病患者DKD的诊断和肾脏病理的相关性方面，
