各种评估肾小球滤过率公式在中国老年人群中的应用及评价 被引量:4

摘要 随着社会经济水平的提高,人类寿命延长,老年肾脏病受到越来越多的重视。由于老年有其不同于成年的特点,对于准确反映老年肾小球滤过率(GFR)的方法,至今探讨较少。1999年美国MDRD研究工作组开发出新的GFR方程,并于2000年进行简化,称为简化MDRD方程例,广泛用于西方人群GFR的评估。2006年中国评估肾小球滤过率(eGFR)课题协作组开发出适合中国人的MDRD方程,添加了我国的种族系数,与改良前相比具有显著的优势。但该研究的样本中老年人的资料有限,
