摘要
提出一套完整的逆变器损耗分析计算方法,并以双Buck逆变器为例进行实际的计算与分析。在对开关损耗进行分析时考虑了器件间的相互影响和作用,因而更为精确。通过损耗计算得出逆变器损耗的主要组成部分及其主要的决定因数,对逆变器初始设计或进一步改进具有重要指导意义。该文提出的损耗计算方法适用于包括滞环电流控制型逆变器在内的各种变换器。
A systematic way for calculating all the losses of inverter is presented. In traditional analytical method the switching loss of one component has always be analyzed under the presumption that the other parts of circuit are all ideal. In fact, all components of converter are not ideal and the switching processes of them are interrelated thoroughly. So more accurate analyze result can be gained when reciprocal of components during switching process is considered. The method presented by this paper is fit for hysteresis current controlled inverter. Experimental results of one dual Buck inverter are compared with the data come from method presented and that of traditional way. More exact result has been gotten by the method presented.
