摘要
对微藻的化学组成、营养学研究、毒理学研究作了介绍。对微藻生物量的生长、收获及加工过程、微藻的应用及开发中尚需解决的问题进行了探讨,并对我国的微藻培养和开发研究进行了陈述。
The chemical composition,nutriological and toxicological aspects of microalgae were introduced. Its harvest,processing,application and the problems needed to be solved in microalgae exploitation were discussed. An outline state of the microalgae cultivation and application in our country was also given.
