摘要
计算机网络技术的发展使大学英语网络化教学模式逐渐形成。本文阐述了大学英语网络教学的现状及其建构主义的理论依据，同时论证了网络环境下大学英语教学的优点和特色等，并通过实例指出目前大学英语网络教学所存在的问题，认为必须结合建构主义的指导加强网络教学研究和网络软件的开发，才能充分发挥网络教学新模式的优势，促进大学英语的教学改革，提高英语教学水平。
The development of cyber-technology has given birth to a new online college English teaching model. This paper elaborates the present situation and the theoretical base of cyber college English teaching. And it demonstrates some characteristics or advantages owned by college English teaching in the presence of network. Despite these typical advantages, there exist many problems in actual teaching practice. This paper then holds that we should intensify the study of cyber teaching, and of online software programming with regard to college English teaching guided by Constructivism theory in order to give full play to online teaching model and to promote college English teaching and reform.
