摘要 2007年以来，国际石油价格从60美元一桶迅速飙升到目前的126美元一桶左右，现在再有人预测任何高位的石油价格都不会有人不屑一顾了。如此之快的上涨速度、如此之高的价格，创下了前所未有的记录。
