长江武汉河段河道整治方案浅析

Preliminary study on river regulation schemes of Wuhan Reach

根据武汉河段近期河床演变特点及其发展趋势,通过几种方案比较分析,结合长江中下游分汊河段的综合整治原则和"维护健康长江、促进人水和谐"的治江新理念,综合考虑防洪、航运、生态环境及水资源综合利用等各方面的需求,认为武汉河段整治宜遵循上段稳定铁板洲汊道、中段白沙洲汊道和下段天兴洲汊道均保持为双汊河道的基本思想,具体整治方案需结合近期河床演变规律,通过河工模型试验等手段进一步研究确定。

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of fluvial processes and the development trend of Wuhan reach, comparing the various schemes, integrating the comprehensive regulation rules in the middle and lower braided reaches with the new idea of maintaining the healthy Yangtze River and accelerating the harmony of human and river, and considering the different needs of flood control, the navigation, the environment and the comprehensive utilization of water resources, this paper presents that the Wuhan Reach regulation should follow the elementary idea of stabilizing the Tiebanzhou braided reach, keeping the Baishazhou reach and Tianxingzhou reach as braided reaches. The detailed regulation schemes need to be confirmed by analyzing the law of fluvial processes in the near future and doing the physical model experiment.
