摘要 针对油田联合站污水岗工人的劳动强度大、工作环境差等问题.设计污水外输自动化调控模型;此模型通过改变抽水电动机给定频率,从而改变排水速率,把缓冲罐内污水液位稳定在许可范围之内,通过对调控需求的分析研究,以迭代学习控制算法为基础,找到一种合理的优化调控算法模型,并结合实际生产进一步分析所设计模型的可行性;此模型结合自动化控制需求应用人工智能理论来解决生产实际问题,做到应用创新;所设计的系统减轻工人的劳动强度,提高了污水外输自动化的程度,同时保证生产更安全经济有效运行。 In order to solve the problem that the worker's labor intensity and the inferior working conditions is serious at the sewage position of the oil field union station, the automatic control model has been designed to expel the oily sewage. The water--delivery pump is controlled by this model through changing its given frequency, thus the water draining speed is changed. As a result the water level is stabilized within the permissive scope of the sewage storage jar. Analyzed the demand of automatic control requirement, a reasonable optimizing control algorithm model has been found, which is based on the iterative learning control (ILC) theory to run. The designed system has relieved the worker's labor intensity, enhanced the oil station's automatic degree, and guaranteed the production to carry on more safely, economically and effectively.
