摘要
在我国现有的企业中,有较多的企业仍然采用传统的接触式测量方法进行加工,为了保证产品的质量,花费在测量上的时间和人员数量是相当可观的,严重影响了工厂生产在产品检测过程中,物体形状信息的获得至关重要,将平行轴双目视觉测量原理应用于获取物体的形状信息,并将该方法用于对集中式分布的物体进行测量;在三坐标测量仪上仿真验证了该方法的可行性,通过对测量数据进行分析.通过试验证明采用平行轴双目视觉测量方法不仅能够有效地分辨出不同测量形体的长、宽、高信息,并且整个实验系统较好的满足了该企业在开发新产品时需要解决规则形体在平面局域中形体的识别及定位的需求。
