摘要
白血病干细胞(LSC)的发现使研究者能够更深入地阐释白血病的发病、复发、耐药等机制,为白血病的靶向治疗开拓了新的途径。LSC与正常造血干细胞(HSC)有许多相似之处,如都具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,同时又具有自身独特的生物学性质。它具有某些特殊的细胞表面标志;有其自身的细胞周期特点。本文阐述了核因子(NF)-κB、Flt3等分子在LSC中的分子调控机制及近年来LSC靶向治疗方面的研究进展。
The discovery of leukemic stem cell(LSC) pruvides a new direction for researchers to elucidate the mechanism of pathogenesis, the relapse and drug resistance of leukemia. There are some similarities between LSC and Hematopoietic stem cell(HSC) , such as the self-renewal capacity and the multiple differentiation ability. However, LSC has some unique biological properties. It has some specific phenotypes and unique cell cycle. In this article, we focused on the mechanism of the molecular regulation of NF-κB and Flt3, which may be involved in the regulation of the growth and survival of LSC. It also reviewed some advances in the research of target therapy for LSC.
