稀土永磁材料辐照效应研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 稀土永磁材料以其优异的磁性能而日益得到广泛的应用,人们对其在各种环境下的磁性能稳定性,包括辐照环境下的性能越来越关注.本文对稀土永磁材料的辐照效应研究进行了回顾,包括质子、中子、电子、γ-射线与X-射线辐照的影响,并总结了稀土永磁材料辐照损伤机理方面的研究,指出为提高稀土永磁材料的抗辐照能力,还需深入研究以揭示辐照损伤机理. Rare-earth permanent magnet has been more and more wildly used due to their increasing high per-formance. The magnetic stability in different conditions has attracted attention, especially in irradiation envi-ronment. The present paper reviews the studies of irradiation effect in rare-earth permanent magnet, including protons, neutrons, electrons, γ-rays and X-rays irradiation. And irradiation damage mechanism is discussed inhere. To improve the irradiation resistance of rare - earth permanent magnet, further studies to reveal the irradiation damage mechanism are necessary.
