腰椎间盘突出症的免疫学相关性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是常见的脊椎疾病,约占门诊腰腿痛患者的30%以上,临床主要表现为腰背痛和坐骨神经痛,但疼痛的发病机制至今仍有争议。传统观点有机械压迫学说和化学性神经根炎学说,Nayloy等基于椎间盘特殊的解剖结构而首先提出自身免疫学说,认为突出椎间盘的自身免疫作用可能是其发病的重要因素之一。本文就以下四个方面的研究进展做一个综述。
