METHODS OF REDUCING SOYBEAM OIL PHOSPHORUS LEVELS FOR PHYSICAL REFINING

综述了预处理脱胶中，主要是含磷量对保证达到物理精炼大豆油品质量要求的重要性，大豆油中胶质的特性及对生产工艺和油品质的影响。介绍了包括直接对大豆和对毛豆油在内的酶法、ALCON法、Special和超级脱胶法等多种预处理方法及有关工艺操作条件，提出了在目前大豆油物理精炼方法较多的情况下，如何结合国情进行合理选择的重要性。

Investigations on the pretreatment degumming of soybean crude oil,the main point is importance which phosphorus levels affects soybean oil quality of physical refining，It is the particularity of the gum in soybean crude oil，and which is affects of the productive technology and soybean oil quality.This paper presents many methods to include directly pretreatment soybean seed and soybean crude oil and many Conditions of the technology operation by an enzymetlc degumming，ALCON， Spedal degumming and Super degumming etc. Recently，how to combine our Country practic to avaiahly selecting importance is propoundan under many methods of soybean oil physical refining.
