玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后黄斑部视网膜地形图分析

摘要 目的观察玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后黄斑部的变化。方法对37例行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术者分别于术后2周、1月、2月、3月行OCT检查,分析其黄斑部的视网膜地形图变化。结果术后半月所有患者不同程度发生黄斑水肿。术后1月2只眼黄斑中心凹厚度低于185μm,黄斑水肿35只眼。术后2月6只眼黄斑中心凹恢复正常。术后3月黄斑水肿程度较术后2月下降,矫正视力提高。结论玻璃体腔硅油填充并不影响OCT对玻璃体切割术后早期黄斑区形态结构的观察和量化黄斑中心凹厚度。黄斑水肿是影响成功的视网膜解剖复位后视力恢复的一个最常见的原因。 Objective To study macular changes after uneventful posterior vitrectomy with silicone oil temponard.Methods Using OCT retinal tomography style to analyze macular changes at 2w, 1m,2m,3m after uneventful posterior vitrectomy with silicone oil temponard.37 eyes were enrolled.Results All the patients represented macular edema at 2w after surgery. Central foveal thickness reached less than 185 μm in two eyes at lm after surgery, while 35 eyes have macular edema. 6 eyes macular edema recovered at 2m after surgery. At 3m after surgery macular edema relieved and vision were increased.Conclusion The configuration of macular in the early postoperative period after pars plana vitrectomy using OCT through silicone oil was accessible.Macular edema is a common finding on optical coherence tomograms in eyes with incomplete visual recovery after anatomically successful surgery.
