地、县两级电网AVC系统分层联合协调控制 被引量:21

摘要 我国地区电网和县级电网的运行和控制分别由地区调度中心和县网调度中心分别管理,但事实上,从供电和电压无功控制的角度来看,两级电网却是垂直紧密耦合的。当两级电网分别安装有AVC系统后,有必要考虑两级AVC系统的联合优化控制。该文率先提出了适合国内电网调度运行管理模式的地、县网AVC系统联合控制的分层协调控制方案,建立了地网AVC系统优化模型,提出了联合协调控制的技术原理、技术方案,分别从功率因数调节和电压分层调压两个方面阐述了控制流程和控制策略。进一步优化了无功潮流,降低了网损,减少了由于各自独立运行时调压引起的设备调节振荡,缓解了地区电网功率因数调节的压力,减少了地区电网无功补偿设备的投切次数。 The region and the county electric power network are managed separately by the region and the county dispatching centres in our country.But the two power grades are vertically connected in power supply and voltage reactive controlling.Since the two grade network are installed AVC system. This paper considers combination optimization controlling of the two-grade AVC systems.This paper presents a project of multilayer united power network controlling by the region and county's AVC that is suitble for dispatching management in our country. An optimizing model of region AVC system is set up. The design theories and technical scheme of combination optimization controlling are presented. The control flow and control strategy of power factor adjusting and level layer adjusting are discussed. The project optimizes reactive power flow, lowers power losses, reduces equipment oscillation caused by voltage adjusting, relieves the burden of power factor adjusting, and shortens switch-on times of reactive compensation equipment.
