凝聚法制备微胶囊技术研究 被引量:14

STUDY ON THE MANUFACTURE OF MICROCAPSULES WITH COAGULATING METHOD

摘要 研究了凝聚法制备微胶囊的工艺过程和方法。采用阿拉伯胶和明胶为壁材,植物油为心材,通过正交实验,确定了胶囊化的最佳工艺条件,即阿拉伯胶和明胶水溶液浓度为1%,在pH4.4、温度40℃条件下、混合搅拌15min制备的微胶囊效果最佳,包埋率可达50%以上。干燥方法首次采用微波干燥技术,进行脱水,取得了良好的效果。 The technological processes about manufacturing microcapsulates with coagulating method were related using arabic gum and gelatin as shell material,using vegetable oil as core material,and the optimal technological conditions of making capsules were determined through orthogonal experiment in the paper.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:concentration of arabic gum and gelatin 1%,PH 4.4,temperature 40℃,mixing time 15 min.the rate of retention in the microcapsule was over 50%.In addition microwave drying techniques was used in dewatering process of microcapsules effectively as well.
