摘要
货物通关效率是制约我国国际物流发展的一个关键问题,而影响货物通关效率的因素又十分繁杂。本论文系统地分析了影响货物通关效率的重点因素和各个因素现今存在的问题,为进一步的口岸建设规划和货物通关优化研究提供了基础。
The efficiency of cargo clearance is the key issue which restricted the international logistics development. Furthermore the effects factors about efficiency of cargo clearance are complicated. This paper systematical analyzed the effects factors of cargo clearance efficiency and the present situation of various factors, provides a foundation for port planning and cargo clearance optimization.
