摘要
企业物流组织作为物流活动的承担者,其结构的选择对于现代企业的发展非常重要。本文通过实证分析发现,不同的物流组织结构对物流绩效的影响并不十分显著,并由此推断出国外先进的一体化物流组织结构并没有必然带来高的物流绩效。我国在当前情况下,企业物流管理组织结构和模式的选择应本着实事求是、量力而行的原则。
