摘要
系统分析了中国A级和AA级绿色食品生产的环境质量标准、生产操作规程、产品质量标准和产品包装标准,指出AA级绿色食品与国际有机食品的异同及接轨措施,通过对中国绿色食品生产所处环境的剖析,提出了中国绿色食品发展的具体思路。
The paper analyses the environmental quality standard,the operation standard,the product quality standard and the packaging standard of A grade and AA grade green foods in China systematically;indicates the same and different aspects between international organic foods and AA grade green foods and their union measure;and offers the developing thinking for green foods in China through probing into the production environment of them.
