摘要
在国际贸易支付方式中,跟单信用证支付方式一直被视为较为安全的支付方式,但是信用证只能说是比较完善的一种支付方式,它并不能完全排除买卖双方的风险。本文指出信用证支付方式下出口商的风险,并提出相应的防范措施。
The documentary credit has been regarded as a more secure payment term in the international trade ,But it can not be completely eliminated the risk of buyer and sellers, This dissertation is mainly about the risk of exporter in L/C payment term, and gives some measures of precaution.
