物流人才是多类型、多层次人才的综合体。面对目前物流管理人才紧缺的局面,国内的高等院校如何结合自身资源状况,改变原有的人才培养模式,创新性培养出能够适应社会需要的实用型物流管理人才已成为物流管理专业面临的重要课题。
