THE METHODS OF EXTRACTING PHYTIC ACID FROM PHYTIN

摘要 以米糠、玉米植酸钙为原料,采用自溶法和草酸置换法制取植酸。试验表明,无论是以玉米植酸钙还是以米糠植酸钙为原料,用自溶法制得植酸的质量明显优于草酸置换法。以米糠植酸钙为原料,采用自溶法比草酸置换法制得植酸的得率高4.9%,以玉米植酸钙为原料,采用自淀法比草酸置换法制得植酸的得率高3.7%;采用自溶法制取植酸时,米糠植酸钙比玉米植酸钙制得植酸的得率高6.8%,采用草酸置换法制取植酸时,米糠植酸钙比玉米植酸钙制得植酸得率高5.6%。因此米糠植酸钙是生产植酸的最好原料,而自溶法是较好的生产方法。 By using rice bran phytin and maize phytin as material with the method of autophoteolysis or oxalic acid replacement reaction phytic acid was extracted.The experimental results showed that the method of autophoteolysis′s product quality was better than that of oxalic acid replacement reaction obviously,the yield of phytic acid of the method of autophoteolysis using rice bran phytin as material was 4.9% higher than that of oxalic acid replacement reaction,the yield of phytic acid of autophoteolysis method using maize phytin as material was 3.7% higher than that of oxalic acid replacement reaction,the yield of product of using rice bran phytin as material was 6.8% higher than that of using maize phytin as material with autopyoteolysis method,the yield of product of using rice bran phytin as material was 5.6% higher than that of using maize phytin as material with oxalic acid replacement reaction,therefore rice bran phytin used as material of extracting phytic acid was better than maize phytin and the method of autophoteolysis was a better method than oxalic acid replacement reaction.
