摘要
领导的实质就是通过处理与被领导者的人际关系、对被领导者施加影响来达成被领导者对领导者的追随。文章独特地提出并讨论了发挥领导者影响力应注意坚持的四个原则;从影响力基础、职位权力运用、个人权力体现、权力运用主体、领导者之外因素五个方面,对领导者影响力欠良发挥的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
The essence of leadership is to exert an influence on the manipulated and produce the attraction by the manipulated through dealing with the personal relationship between the manipulator and the manipulated. This paper first proposes and discusses the four major points to be focused in displaying the manipulator's leadership influence; and then analyzes the fives reasons for affecting the good performance of such influence, i. e. , influence foundation, use of position and power, personal power embodiment, use of power entity, factors beyond the manipulator and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
