与食品接触的塑料成型品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂迁移量的测定

Determination of migration of phthalates in plastic articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs-GC/MS

目的：建立气相色谱质谱联用法测定与食品接触的塑料成型品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。方法：水性模拟液（水、3%乙酸溶液和10%乙醇溶液）用正己烷进行萃取，脂肪模拟液异辛烷采用正己烷稀释后直接进样。结果：该方法在4种模拟物浸泡液中，回收率为80.0%-108.0%，相对标准偏差小于7.47。结论：该方法灵敏度高、定量准确、重现性好，测定低限能够满足国际限量要求。

Objective ：To establish a new method for determination of phthalates from plastic articles in food simulants by GC/ MS. Methods ：The aqueous simulant （distilled water, 3% （w/v） acetic acid aqueous solution, 10 % （v/v） ethanol aqueous solution） test samples were extracted with n - hexane and isooctane was diluted by n - hexane for injection directly. Results： In four simulants, the rate of recovery was between 80. 0% and 108.0% and RSD less than the reference value 7.47. Conclusion：This method has good sensitivity, accuracy, repeatability. The limit of quantitation of this method can meet the international standard.
