河北省、广西壮族自治区人群肺功能检测结果分析

Testing and analyzing lung function in normal population in Hebei and Guangxi Province

目的：对河北省、广西壮族自治区年龄分布在10-80岁人群进行肺功能检测，比较两地人群的肺功能水平差异，探讨不同地域的生活环境、气候条件、经济水平等因素对其肺功能的影响。方法：采用分层不等概率二阶整群抽样的原则，以省为主层，下分城市和农村2个分层，随机抽取1587人（河北）、1056人（广西）进行肺功能检测。结果：河北人群的肺容量参数明显大于广西（P〈0.05），而在反映大小气道功能的参数上却低于广西P〈0.05。结论：南方地区人群所处的地理位置、气候可能更有利于肺的生理状况，北方地区相对来说气候干燥，可能会对人群的呼吸系统尤其是小气道功能有一定的影响。在肺功能的各项检测指标中，反映大小气道功能的参数相对来说更为敏感。

Objective ：To put up the spot test and investigate the lung function of the normal subjects aged 10 - 80 years living in the Hebei Province and Zhuang Guangxi Autonomous Regions, comparing differences of lung function of people in the two regions and discussing the effects of living surroundings, weather conditions and economic conditions on lung function. Methods：Using a stratified - multi - steps - cluster sampling method, we selected 1587 normal subjects in Hebei Province and 1056 normal subjects in Guangxi Province to test their lung function. Results：Significant difference existed between Hebei Province and Guangxi Province in indexes of lung volume （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Significant difference existed between Hebei Province and Guangxi Province in indexes of beth Bronchioli and Bronchi function （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The position and the weather condition of south region is beneficial to lung ruction. The weather condition of north region is drier and may have negative effects on respiratory system, especially on broncheal function. Indexes of Bronchioli and Broncheal function are more sensitive than other indexes of lung function.
