摘要 目的:有机磷农药是一类非常重要的农药。可经呼吸道、消化道直接侵入体内,也可经皮肤粘膜缓慢吸收,主要分布在肝、肾、脂肪和肌肉组织中。因此,对有机磷农药的检测工作越来越被人们所关注。方法:采用的是气质联机的方法,同时对食品中的11种有机磷农药进行定性及定量分析。结果:本方法选择性好、分辨率高、灵敏度高,符合分析要求,具有简单、快速的特点,在对11种有机磷农药定性的同时,可按离子峰面积进行定量分析。 Objective:The organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals are extremely important agricultural chemicals. They may pass through the respiratory tract, the digestive tract directly into body, and also may pass through the skin mucous membrane slowly. They mainly distribute in the liver, the kidney, the fat and the muscle. Therefore, people pay more attention to the organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals examination work. Methods:We used the method on - line, simultaneously carried on qualitative and quantitative analysis to 11 kind of organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals. Results.This method was good in selectivity, high in resolution, and high in sensitivity, and conformed to the analysis requirement. It has the characteristics of fast and simple. It may carry on the quantitative analysis according to the ion peak area qualitative to 11 kind of organic phosphorus agricultural chemicals.
