摘要 目的:建立干法灰化石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定全血铅的方法。方法:采用干法灰化对全血样进行前处理,用1.0%的硝酸溶液定容,自动添加基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵,用塞曼-石墨炉原子光谱法测定铅的含量。结果:在0-50μg/L的范围内,相关系数r=0.9994,方法的最低检出限为6.9×10^-12g,RSD为0.9%-5.4%,加标回收率为91.0%-102.0%。结论:应用本法测定全血铅结果满意。 Objective:To develop a method for determination of whole blood lead by dry ashing - GFAAS. Methods:The samples were pretreated by dry ashing, then diluted with HNO3 ( 1.0% ). NH4H2PO4 was added as matrix modifiers and the lead determined by Zeeman GFAAS. Results:The linear range was 0 -50 μg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9994, the lowest detection limit of the method was 6.9 × 10^-12 g, the recovery rate was 91.0% - 102. 0%, relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0. 9% -5.4%. Condusion:This method is good for determination of whole blood lead.
