单增李斯特菌阳性样品细菌存活检测及VIDAS检测LMO效率 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察单增李斯特菌(L.monocytohenes以下简称LMO)存活率,探讨LMO检测的方法。方法:用国标GB/T4789-30-2003[1]与Mini VIDAS[2]平行检测。结果:10份阳性样品置冰箱(0℃以下)存放12个月后,用国标GB/T4789-30-2003检出8株菌株,检出率为80%,用Mini VIDAS法LMO阳性3份。结论:10件阳性样品存活率(国标法检出率)为80%,而Mini VIDAS法阳性率仅为30%。 Objective: To observe the survival rate of L. monocytohenes (LMO for short) and discuss LMO testing methods. Methods:Parallel test was conducted based on National Standard GB/T4789 -30 -2003 and Mini VIDAS. Resuits:After the 10 positive samples had been stored in refrigerator( below 0℃ ) for one year, 8 strains were detected by National Standard GB/T4789 -30 -2003, and detection rate was 80%. Three positive LMO were detected by Mini VIDAS. Conclusion: The survival rate of the 10 positive samples ( by National Standard Method ) is 80%. The detection rate by National Standard method is 80%, but the positive rate by Mini VIDAS method is only 30%.
