摘要 目的:通过对媒介蜱、野鼠、家犬伯氏疏螺旋体感染率的调查,了解吉林及东北地区动物伯氏疏螺旋体感染情况。方法:使用直接荧光抗体染色法(DFA)检测,对吉林省9个地区35个市县、55个乡镇进行了媒介蜱带菌率、野鼠、家犬莱姆病感染率调查。结果:蜱标本1349份,带菌率为32.25%(435/1349),其中全沟硬蜱带菌率为:35.84%(444/1239);嗜群血蜱带菌率为:8.18%(9/110)。检测野鼠、家犬1091份,感染率为15.22%(166/1091),其中检测野鼠819份,感染率为17.46%(143/819)。检测狗肾272份,感染率为8.46%(23/272)。结论:吉林省9个地区野生动物、家养动物莱姆病感染较高,加强莱姆病的防控工作势在必行。 Objective: To understand the infectious rate of borrelia burgdorferi in animals in Jinlin and northeast by the investigation of germ - carrying rate in media - tick and infectious rate of Borrelia burgdorferi in mice and domesticated dogs. Methods: DFA was applied to investigate the germ - carrying rate in media - tick and the infectious rate of borrelia burgdorferi in mice and domesticated dogs in 55 towns of 35 cities in nine regions in Jilin province. Results:The germ - carrying rate of tick was 32. 25% (435/1349) ,among these the germ - carrying rate of I. persulcatus was 35.84% (444/1239), and the germ - carrying rate of H. concinna was 8. 18% (9/110). The infection rate of mice and domesticated dogs was 17.46% (143/819) and 8.46% ( 23/ 272), respectively. Conclusion:The infectious rate of wild animals and domesticatd dogs in nine regions in Jilin province is high, and thus it is urgent to carry out the prevention of Lyme disease.
