目的:有效、连续地控制影响实验室生物安全的一切活动,以减少或避免生物安全事故的发生。方法:学习生物安全相关法规、标准,对管理体系的建立、实施、维持及改进进行讨论与分析。结果:建立比较完善的实验室生物安全管理体系并形成文件。结论:建立和运行比较完善的生物安全管理体系,并在实践中不断改进,才能有效地保护实验室工作人员和公众的安全与健康,防止病原微生物污染环境。

Objective：To efficiently and continuously control all activities effecting laboratory bio - safety to reduce or avoid laboratory bio - safety accidents. Methods：Study laws and criterions about laboratory bio - safety. Analyze the establishment, implement, maintenance and continually improvement of bio- safety management system. Results：The bio- safety management system and document system were developed. Conclusion： It is very important to establish and implement efficient bio - safety management system, and continually improve the system in practice. Thus, the health of laboratory personnel and public can be protected effectively and circumstance pollution due to micro - organism can be avoided.
