摘要
针对高速钢轧辊孔型加工困难问题,唐山联强冶金轧辊有限公司对圆钢、带肋钢筋及其切分孔型的孔型加工进行了试验。结果表明,对高速钢轧辊孔型加工,YG6A刀具可满足需要,关键是确定合理的切削参数。
The tests of pass machining of high speed steel roll for round steel, ribbed bar and its splitting rolling pass were carried out to resolve the difficult machining problem of high speed steel roll. The result shows that the cutter material of YG6A can meet the demand and the key ponits are reasonable machining parameters.
