面向现代化:我国普及普通话教育的战略思考

Face up to modernization:strategic considers of gaining ground the education of Putonghua in our country

现代化对共同语提出迫切需求与国民普通话水平滞后的矛盾,国家大力推普与方言隔阂顽强延续的矛盾,是当代中国社会语言生活中最活跃的两大基本矛盾。这两对矛盾在运动中力量的消涨与发展走势影响着我国现代化的进程,解决好这些矛盾是摆在我国现代化面前的严肃课题。本文结合国情,就需求与现状,阻力与对策,机制与措施等与推普相关的诸多问题提出自己的思考意见。

In social language life of present China, the most active two basic inconsistencies are the inconsistency between the need for Putonghua in modernization and the laggard level of people＇s Putonghua, and the inconsistency between the energetic generalizing of Putonghua in our country and the pertinacious continuing of dialectal gulfs. The interaction and development of these two inconsistencies are affecting the course of Chinese modernization. To solve these inconsistencies is a serious task in the presence of Chinese modernization. The paper combined with the situation of our country, bring forward subjective attitudes toward the interrelated problems such as demands and actualities, resistances and countermeasures, mechanisms and measures, and the like.
