谷氨酰胺对肺癌术后患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of glutamine on immune function in postoperative patients with lung carcinoma

目的探讨肺癌术后患者静注谷氨酰胺(Gln)和常规治疗比较能否改善免疫功能。方法将40例择期肺癌手术患者随机分为谷氨酰胺组和对照组,每组20例,谷氨酰胺组给予Gln静点治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。检测治疗前、后总淋巴细胞数及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA。结果谷氨酰胺组的总淋巴细胞数、IgG、IgA均高于对照组。结论静脉补充Gln能改善肺癌术后患者机体的免疫功能,为减少肺癌患者术后并发症,提高治疗效果提供临床研究依据。

Objective To evaluate the effects of glutamine on immune function in postoperative patients with lung carcinoma.Methods Forty patients with lung carcinoma were randomized divided into Gln group（n=20）and contral group（n=20）.Patients in Glngruop receive Gln treatment.Conventional treatment were given in contral group.Immune parameters were evaluated before and after the treatment were compared.Results IgA、IgG level and total lymphocyte counts were significantly higher in Gln group than in control group.Conclusions Post operative administration of Gln in patients with lung carcinoma can positively modulate post operative immune function.
