奥沙利铂对结肠癌细胞XIAP表达及凋亡的影响

Effect of XIAP expression and apoptosis of human colorectal carcinoma cell line SW1116 induced by oxaliplatin

目的研究奥沙利铂对人结肠癌细胞株SW1116中XIAP表达及凋亡的影响,探讨其诱导凋亡的作用机制。方法应用流式细胞仪检测XIAP表达及凋亡的情况。结果奥沙利铂对XIAP表达有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),凋亡率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论奥沙利铂具有抑制结肠癌细胞株SW1116中XIAP表达,诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡作用,其机制与抗凋亡相关基因表达减弱有关。

Objective To study the effects of expression of XIAP and apoptosis of human colorectal carcinoma cell line SW1116 cells induced by oxaliplatin and to investigate its mechanism. Methods Expression of XIAP and apoptosis were analyzed using flow cytometry. Results Oxaliplatin could conspicuously inhibit the expression of XIAP of SW1116 cells （P〈0.01）, meanwhile the apoptosis rate was obviously increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Oxaliplatin can inhibit the expression of XIAP and induce apoptosis increasing of Human Colorectal Carcinoma Cell Line SW1116 cells. The apoptosis was related to the down - regulation apoptotic protein XIAP.
