摘要
从建筑工程项目施工风险的角度出发,分析了建筑工程项目在施工中的风险因素。研究了建筑工程项目施工风险识别、风险的分析和评估、风险应对及风险监控等风险管理内容。
From the view point of risk in projects construction, the risk factors are analyzed. Risk management of construction project is studied including risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, risk response and risk monitoring.
