超高强度微米长纤维定向高密度板的原料形成机理及试验验证 被引量:1

摘要 根据微米纤维形成工艺和木材细胞学理论,提出了一种利用微米木纤维重组加工超高密度人造板(MHFB)的理论和方法。这种最近似于木材的新型MHFB制版的关键是利用细胞的合理裂解方法,依靠微米木纤维的重组结构构造高密度,且在相同密度下保证最高的强度。本文给出了实验室样品的研究成果,压出的MHFB的弹性模量可以达到5171MPa,握钉力可以达到1 933N。 Based on the theory of micron fiber technology and wood - cell, the theory and the method that using micron wood fiber reconstituted proceed high - intensity wood - based panel was put forward. MHFB is a new kind of wood-based panel which used by micron wood fiber machining technology reconstiuted. This paper expected product line techniques process in future and make out the result of laboratory. The pressed MFB Elastic modulus is 5171 Mpa and grip force can reach 1933N.
