摘要
计算得出,L形高层建筑筏板基础的地基反力分布与变形特征为:以L形主楼拐角附近为反力和沉降中心向四周扩散,高层部分反力分布比较均匀,两翼之间的裙房部位反力变化较大。主楼部分沉降比较均匀,具有刚性建筑特征,裙房部分沉降逐渐变小。实测表明,相邻跨间局部挠曲约在1‰以内。基于叠加原理的组合分析方法可用于平面形状具有L形特征的高层建筑的筏板基础反力与沉降计算。
In the light of computation,the deformation center and contact pressure center of thick raft with large-area frame structure under the vertical load of the L-shape tall building with confirmed dimensions are near the corner of L-shape and spread around.The contact pressure under the tall building is distributed equally,but the contact pressure under the annexes between two wings of the L-shape tall building changes greatly.The settlement of the tall building is even,which has the characteristics of rigidity structure.The settlement of annexes diminishes gently.The test results indicate that the local flexure of border upon spans is less than 1‰.The combined analysis method based on the principle of superposition to calculate the deformation and contact pressure of the large thick raft with frame structure is reasonable.
