摘要
某水泥熟料筒仓在使用过程中,仓壁出现大量裂缝,部分混凝土剥落,内壁部分环向钢筋脱落,竖向钢筋压曲。对其产生的原因进行了检测鉴定分析;结合有限元分析结果,表明熟料温度过高是造成筒仓裂缝、混凝土剥落的主要原因。同时,筒仓施工时混凝土强度低于设计要求,进一步加剧了裂缝的发展和混凝土的剥落。
A large number of cracks were found in the wall of clinker silo during the process of use.At the same time,partial concrete was scaling,circumferential steels in the inwall also fell off,vertical steels were buckling.Then inspection and appraisement for these flaws in it were carried out.The main reason of cracks and concrete scaling is owing to the fact that the temperature of the clinker silo is higher than design value,combined with finite element analysis results.Besides the strength of concrete during the construction is lower than the design requirement,which causes further exacerbation of cracks development and concrete flaking.
