This article describes the design of Guangqumen residential quarter under the guidance of humanity design concept,in which the location of residential areas,overall planning,environment,dwelling size,traffic and supporting facilities fully meets the basic requirements of humanization including comfort,health,safety,convenience and aesthetics of the concept of humanization design.The article emphasizes that the concept of humanity design is the soul and essence of residential design.
