摘要 目的研究毛茛科植物赤药(Paeonia lactifloraPall.)的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术分离纯化,波谱方法解析结构。结果从赤芍中分离出5个化合物:9-乙基芍药新苷A(1),(1S,2S,4R)-反式-1,8-桉叶素-2-O-(6-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),(1S,2S,4R)-反式-2-羟基-1,8-桉叶素(3),没食子酸(4),没食子酸乙酯(5)。结论化合物1为新的天然产物,2、3为首次从赤芍中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. METHODS The compounds were isolated by various column chromatography and identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as 9- ethyl- neo-paeoniaflorin A (1), (IR, 2S,4R)-trans-1, 8-cineole-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), (lS,2S,4R)-trans-2-hydroxy-1,8-cineole (3), gallic acid (4) and ethyl gallate (5). CONCLUSION Compound 1 was new natural compound, and compound 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
