摘要
用PDR-纳米抗磨剂对液压、气动和密封件行处理后,在零件表上生成一种有机固态薄膜,膜的厚度约在0.5~2μm之间。该薄膜能耐磨、能降低摩擦系数,又有良好润滑效果。所以在液压、气动和密封件上应用PDR-纳米抗磨剂,可以提升液压、气动和密封件品质与延长使用寿命。
A coat of PDR-Nano Antiwar Agent on hydraulic pressure,pneumetic, and sealing components will produce a 0.5-2 thick organic solid film. This film can withstand wear and tear, reduce friction coefficient, and proves highly lubricative. In conclusion, a coat of PDR-Nano Antiwear Agent on hydraulic pressure, pneumatic, and sealing components will make them stronger and prolong their service lives.
