摘要
本文以实际使用中的一台冷轧机为例,依据其调试时的工况及轧机的相关主要参数,逐步计算出该轧机的卷取机涨缩液压缸在轧制过程中所需要的液压力,经现场对不同六辊冷轧机在不同工况下试验的结果表明该计算方法可较为准确的得出卷取机涨缩液压缸所需要的液压力,通过此计算方法可同样计算出其它各种冷轧机卷取机的涨缩液压缸在轧制过程中所需要的液压力。
This article take an actual use in cold-rolling mill as an example, rests on when its debugging the operating mode and the rolling mill correlation main parameter, calculates this rolling mill the eoiler to rise gradually shrinks the cylinder the hydraulic pressure which needs in the rolling process, after the scene to the different six roller cold-rolling mill the result which experiments under the dif- ferent operating mode indicated this computational method may more accurate obtain the eoiler to rise shrinks the hydraulic pressure which the cylinder needs, may similarly calculate other each kind of cold-rolling mill eoiler through this computational method to rise shrinks the cylinder the hydraulic pressure which needs in the rolling process.
