摘要 新型液压元器件在导弹武器系统中的广泛应用,大幅度提高了部队的战斗力,同时也给武器系统故障诊断和维修带来了不少困难。结合部队武器系统现状,本文提出了一个多功能大型液压试验平台的设计方案,以完成武器装备液压元件的检测。试验平台采用工控机-PLC上下位联网的控制方式,采用高精度的液压数字和比例元件以满足平台对精度、功能和可靠性的要求,同时使用VC语言编写测试、控制及数据管理软件。 With the wide application of new hydraulic units in missile weapon system, the PLA" s combat power gets big development, also this brings much difficulties to maintenance and fault diagnosis of the weapon system. According to the current status of weapon sys- tem, this paper presents the design of a multi-function hydraulic experimental system to complete the detection of the hydraulic unit of the weapon system. The IPC and PLC upper-lower mode is adopted as the control method, and the high-resolution hydraulic digital and proportional units is adopted to satisfy the system" s demand for resolution, function and reliability, the programming language VC is used to compile the testing, controlling and data process software.
